Hello and welcome to Gaia Fitness! We are an outdoor and mobile fitness business located in the Tuart Hill area and surrounds.
At Gaia Fitness we welcome all different levels of fitness experience and are able to accommodate beginners through to athletes. We specialise in Functional Training and are leaders in our field.
We offer many different fitness options such as Personal Training and Corporate Fitness programs as well as Group Fitness classes including Boot Camp, Mum ‘n’ Bubs, Metafit, TRX Suspension and Boxing.
Train With Purpose
When you train with us you can be guaranteed that the exercises selected are chosen based on your daily movements. This is called Functional Training and means that you will be training with purpose. You will learn how to use equipment correctly with an emphasis on the execution and technique of the exercise. Most exercises are modifiable meaning they can be made easier (regressed) or harder (progressed). This means that even though you may be in a group fitness class, the workout is personalised to meet your needs and abilities. We know what works and how to get you there!
