Our instructor specialises in pre and post natal training so you can be guaranteed to receive a balanced program including a pre screening process for the pelvic floor and pelvic floor safe exercises.
We encourage you to bring your baby or child to class and attend to them whenever needed. Babies can stay in their pram or enjoy mat time once a little older. You will also find it to be a really social and supportive environment with mums often sharing tips on motherhood with each other!
